The Kontiki South Pacific Stock Exchange Index (“KSPX Index”) is a share price index composed of the market-weighted average market capitalization of all companies listed on the South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPSE). The index is constructed on a base of 100 set at 4 January 2000. Kontiki Capital will maintain the adjustment factor for all changes in the composition of the companies listed on the Exchange.
